And it seems congratulations are in order

And by this I mean to myself. I’m very happy to announce that I have secured an offer for a band 5 staff nurse post once I qualify in a medium to low security mental health hospital. It’s exactly what I want to do, exactly where I want to go and a genuine surprise that things have progressed so far, so soon. I’ve been celebrating since of course, takeaways, bbq, beer pong, Mario kart tourney, reading, lie ins, laziness, bliss. An  today is my final day of nothing. Tomorrow begins an intensive week if study, mandatory skills and essay writing. Something that is now so vital, as to take my post I must first qualify.

So goodbye xbox, goodbye Wii, goodbye films, goodbye Netflix and goodbye Kindle.
